In this case series we present twelve cases nasal LCH diagnosed on patients treated at the Hospital da Senhora Oliveira from January 2010 December 2019. Of 12 patients, 66, 7% were males. The most common clinical presentation was epistaxis (75%) followed by obstruction (50%). 75% commonly affected area septum. Regarding proposed contributing factors, trauma prevalent (33%), use oral contraceptives (25%) pregnancy (8.3%). Endoscopic sinus surgery performed in all complete excision lesion, no post-operative complications observed. Nasal should be considered differential diagnosis lesions unilateral obstruction. Complete surgical resection treatment choice, since it’s lower risk recurrence.</p>
